Questions about the price

What's free, what isn't, and who pays whom — in plain terms.

Ask us anything

How much does eNavvi cost for patients?

Nothing, and there is no plan to change that. The eNavvi Wallet (Closed Beta) — every prescription in one place, your preferred pharmacy already selected, and price comparison across pharmacies near you — is free to patients forever. No subscription, no fee per prescription, no fee to check a price. The only money you spend is what the pharmacy charges for the medication itself. The Wallet is in beta today.

Is prescribing really free?

Yes. Non-controlled ePrescribing is free forever, with no per-prescription fee, no seat minimum and no contract. Over 4,000 prescribers use it on those terms today.

What do the paid tiers buy?

$20 a month adds Drummond-certified EPCS to a Core account, so you can send Schedule II-V controlled substances. $30 a month is the Practice tier — EPCS included, plus everything you need to run a practice: multi-state licensing, staff and admin roles, a practice-level BAA, data sharing across your tools, and no ads.

How is partner pricing set?

It varies. Partner pricing depends on the integration, the volume and the support involved, so we scope each engagement and quote it directly.
