What is the eNavvi Wallet (Closed Beta)?
It’s where the prescriptions your clinician sends to you live, so you can see what was prescribed and where it stands.
How do I get one?
Ask your clinician for an invite. The Wallet is currently in beta.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. The Wallet is free for patients.
How do I know whether my prescription actually went through?
Each prescription shows its current status, and if a pharmacy couldn’t fill it, you’ll see the reason in plain language rather than a code.
Who can see my information?
Your identity is verified so no one else can act as you. Your health information is encrypted, and it is never sold.
Do I have to use the Wallet to get my prescription?
No. Your clinician can send a prescription the usual way. The Wallet is there if you want to keep track of it.
